When I notice that everything went well, the staff are satisfied. But above all, that the children have had a nice day because of fine cooperation from the planning and have received the care they need in home care.

I stay calm, think in solutions and always try to think with parents and colleagues.
How do you convey your passion for care to others?
I show my passion by doing my job with love, both as a nurse and as a planner. I think along, help where I can and make sure everything is well organised, This way colleagues can work well and children and parents get the care they need.
