Outpatient youth assistance at home

Our care is for children aged 0 to 18 with nursing and/or pedagogical care needs in the home. We offer help to these children in the familiar environment of home so that they can receive guidance in an environment that is safe for them. We do this by offering practical and development-oriented support or in the form of parental guidance. For example: taking over care (temporarily), offering activities or providing support in parenting. Our professional, pedagogical staff are used for this purpose. The approach is flexible, personal and accessible. We tailor the care fully to your child's and family's needs, so that the family's capacity and burden are balanced as much as possible.

Outpatient youth assistance in the region

KinderZorg Bijzonder provides outpatient youth care in the regions of Northeast Brabant, Nijmegen, Rivierenland and North Limburg. Thanks to our contracts with various municipalities in these areas, our provided care is often fully reimbursed.

Do you live in a municipality we do not have a contract with? No worries. In many cases, we can come to tailor-made agreements with your municipality so that the care your child needs will still be possible. We will gladly support you in the process. Intensive Outpatient Family Support

KinderZorg Bijzonder offers IAG. Intensive Outpatient Family Support (IAG) provides assistance to families who temporarily need extra help. Our IAG support workers collaborate with the family in their home environment, with the aim of restoring peace, structure, and balance.

We look at the dynamics within the family and connect with daily practice. With personal attention and practical guidance, we help families regain control of their situation, step by step.
