Annet (core team)

What makes you go home with a smile after a working day?
When we have delivered fine, sincere and good care to families who need it. And when I see that employees are proud of their work, have a nice workplace, are motivated to give just a little extra, develop, connect with each other to deliver the best care to families.

What is your superpower at work?
With humour, empathy and a clear perspective, I create connections. I enjoy working together and always keep an eye on the bigger picture. My motivation is a nice atmosphere, good care and making a difference together.

How do you convey your passion for care to others?
By working together from a warm heart and with genuine intention. In honest conversations, I try to motivate colleagues' intrinsic motivation and build fine care and a strong team together.

If we have been able to work (together) pleasantly, a joke is allowed. Being able to make decisions in the interest of care families, employees and the organisation. Seeing employees working with passion.

What is your superpower at work?
My intrinsic motivation to want and keep doing the right thing, calmness, curiosity and optimism. I am open to views and take this into my frame of reference for beautiful care.

How do you convey your passion for care to others?
By working with parents of a care-intensive child to create a safe and trusted environment, each child can receive the best possible care and developmental opportunities, and we aim to contribute to a healthy balance of family.

Donna (nurse)

What makes you go home with a smile after a working day?
What makes me go home with a smile is the smile I get from the children and the moments of success we share together.

What is your superpower at work?
My superpower is the patience I have for children, but also the opportunities I see instead of the obstacles.

How do you convey your passion for care to others?
For me, a passion for care means looking beyond just the request for help. I always try to pay attention to the personality and needs of each child. By being patient, trustworthy, and involved, I want to create an environment where children can develop and where parents also feel supported.

Jaimy: (Educator)

What makes you go home with a smile after a working day?
Every working day is unique. I find this wonderful. During home care, it's most rewarding when you can guide children, teach them things and experience them with them. The freedom, playfulness and carefree nature of a child is fantastic to witness. It's wonderful to see them grow and learn, each in their own way and at their own pace. Every working day feels like a warm welcome into the child's world. The love for and with the child ensures that I go home with a smile. I strive to offer them the safety and warmth that allows them to learn, flourish and be themselves.

What is your superpower at work?
My superpower is truly being present. With the children and for the children, but also in communication with the parents.

How do you convey your passion for care to others?
By being myself. Others see the passion in what I do the most when I can be myself and be in what I do.

GekeHR adviser

What makes you go home with a smile after a working day?
No two days are the same, and that's exactly what I enjoy. When I notice I've been able to help someone or make them happy. This could be a new employee who immediately feels welcome, a colleague who can get going again, or a project that has taken a step forward. That gives me energy.

What is your superpower at work?
Rust is important, keeping an overview, and I always try to look at what is possible. In addition, collaboration is paramount to me; I believe that together you always get further than alone.

How do you convey your passion for care to others?
By being involved and enjoying my work. I like to support colleagues so that they can focus on where they make a difference: the care of children and their families. In this way, we all contribute, each from our own role, to something very valuable.
