At KinderZorg Bijzonder, your child's well-being is central. Our dedicated and professional team consists of experienced (paediatric) nurses, pedagogical staff and a remedial educationalist who are ready for your child every day with passion and care.
We believe that every child is unique and provide a safe, loving and stimulating environment in which children can grow and develop. Our team works closely together to provide the best care, tailored to your child's individual needs.

When we have delivered fine, sincere and good care to families who need it. And when I see that employees are proud of their work, have a nice workplace, are motivated to give just a little extra, develop, connect with each other to deliver the best care to families.

With humour, empathy and a clear perspective, I create connections. I enjoy working together and always keep an eye on the bigger picture. My motivation is a nice atmosphere, good care and making a difference together.

If we have been able to work (together) pleasantly, a joke is allowed. Being able to make decisions in the interest of care families, employees and the organisation. Seeing employees working with passion.

My intrinsic motivation to want and keep doing the right thing, calmness, curiosity and optimism. I am open to views and take this into my frame of reference for beautiful care.
How do you convey your passion for care to others?
By working with parents of a care-intensive child to create a safe and trusted environment, each child can receive the best possible care and developmental opportunities, and we aim to contribute to a healthy balance of family.

When I have been able to help someone make their day better again. I try to motivate and enthuse people. When I have been able to solve problems together, improve quality or end someone's day with a smile then I am satisfied and happy.

I think I can empathise well with another person, see and bring out the best in them, put others back in their strength, give them confidence.

Because of my enthusiasm, openness and commitment. I like to engage in conversation, see the beauty in people and want to work together to provide good care in a positive and strong team.
