ISO 9001 recertification!

On 25 and 26 March 2025, the external audit from Kiwa took place again. An audit is an investigation that assesses how well and reliably the organisation is functioning. Such an audit focuses on one or more processes within the organisation and contributes to the timely identification of potential problems or risks before deviations, incidents or other undesirable events occur. An audit is therefore a tool to raise the quality of the organisation to a higher level and to test it against the ISO 9001 standard; the quality mark that KinderZorg Bijzonder has achieved and wants to keep.
