New location: Nijmegen
It is with great enthusiasm that we would like to inform you about a beautiful expansion of KinderZorg Bijzonder. On Tuesday 14 October 2025, the completion of the Groenestraat in Nijmegen took place. At this location, after a major renovation, a Nursing Day Care Centre (VKDV) will open in the spring of 2026, where we will be able to offer children aged 0 to 5 with nursing and/or pedagogical care needs a safe, stimulating and loving environment. This new group will operate according to the same vision and working methods as our existing locations in Zeeland and Beek en Donk.
This group will include (paediatric) nurses and pedagogical staff. We also collaborate with external disciplines, such as a paediatric physiotherapist and speech therapist, so that we can support each child's development in multiple areas. The activities we offer are similar to those at a regular nursery, but are tailored to the children's individual care needs.
If your child is currently using one of our other locations or home care and the location in Nijmegen seems to suit your situation better, you can discuss this with your regular contact person. We will be happy to discuss a possible transfer with you.
